Galvanizados Rovira, is a company dedicated to the electrolytic coating of metal parts
 
We have a fully automated rotating zinc plating line, which as its main characteristic has a load capacity per drum of 80 kilos and a delivery time of 4 minutes 30 seconds.
 
In this line of zinc plating we can offer both zinc plating and bichromate and zinc plating in black, as well as organic sealing.
 

 

ROTATING ZINC PLATED LINE

This line is made up of acid zinc baths, with 10 zinc plating positions that allow us to reach an output time per drum of 4 ½ minutes. It is designed for galvanizing screws, rods, as well as small parts that come from die-cut stamping, embossing, etc.

STATIC ZINC PLATING LINE

Composed of cyanide-free baths. Said line has a 2'00 high * 7'20 long * 1.00 wide zinc plating pile, so we are trained to galvanize large pieces.

- In the first place, the daily analysis of all our zinc plating facilities, controlling their performance at all times.
 
 
- On the other hand, this laboratory is in charge of carrying out the pertinent quality controls to guarantee our clients their products.
 
- Micronage controls are carried out on the finished pieces and they are stored in the work orders in order to offer each client a traceability and certificate on the quality of the product.

 

ENVIRONMENT

Galvanizados Rovira has a physicochemical station for the purification of wastewater generated in the process.
 
Throughout these years it has been modernized and updated in order to guarantee the strict requirements demanded by the environment.
